Terms of use
1. What LoanKard is
LoanKard is a marketplace operated by NexaEx Digital Services Pvt Ltd. It shows loan and credit-card products offered by third-party lenders ("partners"), lets you submit one application to a partner you choose, and relays the partner's status updates. LoanKard is not a bank, an NBFC or a lender, does not take credit decisions, and does not guarantee that any application will be approved, on any terms, or at all.
2. Using the site
- You must be 18 or older and resident in India.
- The details you give must be true and yours. Submitting someone else's details, or false income or business figures, may be an offence and will result in the application being withdrawn.
- Keep your mobile number secure. Anything done after your OTP is entered is treated as done by you.
- Don't scrape the site, probe its security, or use it to send unsolicited messages.
3. Information on the site
Rates, fees, eligibility criteria and other product terms are provided by partners and shown with the date the partner last confirmed them. They are indicative. The terms that bind you are the ones in the partner's sanction letter, card agreement or equivalent document, which you should read before accepting. EMI calculators produce estimates on stated assumptions and are not offers.
4. Your application
When you consent at the review step and verify your number, we create an application and send it to the partner you selected. From that point the partner's own terms, privacy notice and processes apply to its handling of your application. We are not responsible for a partner's decision, delay, communication or conduct, but we will help you reach the partner's grievance officer and will raise it with the partner under our agreement.
5. Fees
You pay LoanKard nothing. Partners pay us a referral or distribution fee as described in our disclosures. No employee or agent of LoanKard will ask you for money, an OTP, a card PIN or a password. Anyone who does is not acting for us.
6. Intellectual property
The LoanKard name, mark and site content belong to NexaEx Digital Services Pvt Ltd or its licensors. Partner names and marks belong to the partners and are shown with their permission. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Liability
We take care to keep the site accurate and available but provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on indicative information, from a partner's acts or omissions, or from interruptions outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
8. Privacy, complaints and law
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these terms. Complaints follow the process on our contact page. These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at the place of our registered office have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer-protection rights you have.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are notified on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use the site after that is acceptance of the updated terms.
