- PAN of the business and the promoter; Udyam or GST registration certificate
- Last 2 years' ITR with computation, audited financials where applicable
- Last 12 months' bank statement of the business current account
- GST returns for the last 12 months (GSTR-3B is usually enough)

LoanKard does not collect these. The lender requests them in its own system after you are matched.

Fees that change the real cost.
The advertised rate is rarely the whole story. These are the lines we would check on any business loan offer.
On ₹10 lakh, a 2% fee is ₹20,000 plus GST. Negotiate it; it is rarely fixed.
Business lenders quote flat rates more often than retail lenders do. Ask for the reducing-balance equivalent in writing.
Common lock-ins are 6 – 12 months. If you expect a large receivable, pick a lender with a short lock-in.
Secured loans are cheaper but tie up the asset. Check what triggers enforcement.
Questions
Business loan FAQs
My business is 14 months old. Can I apply?
Some partners consider businesses from 12 months onward with strong banking, but the choice is narrower and rates are higher. Tell us your vintage honestly; we match accordingly.
Do I need GST registration?
For unsecured loans above a few lakh, almost always. Below the GST threshold, lenders rely more heavily on bank statements and ITR.
Is a line of credit or overdraft available?
Several partners offer revolving lines. On LoanKard, select 'working capital' as the purpose and we include those products in your matches.
